The situation
Most businesses can describe the assistant they want but can't build it. Toldo interviews you, builds the assistant while you talk, lets you try it, and publishes it, with no account needed until you publish.
What I built
- Built the product end to end on Cloudflare: a Hono Worker for auth and routing, Durable Objects (Agents SDK) for builder sessions and conversations, and D1 for data. The Worker never calls the model; conversations run where they have the CPU budget.
- Publishing to a share link, a website widget, Slack (many assistants in one workspace, with a router that picks one), Telegram, Microsoft Teams and an API.
- Prepaid credit priced at model cost + 20%, with automatic top-up through Stripe.
- A platform of internal services behind one gateway: auth, notifications, issues, config, status, prompts, observability and analytics.
- CI gates on every push (format, typecheck, lint, test, build), release evals for the builder chat, and dev → staging → production with tagged releases.
