What this site is
A description of our services, our products and work done by Mithunish Prabhakaran, with a way to contact us. Prices, timelines and results described here are a general guide, not an offer. Nothing on the site is a contract.
Working with us
Sending the contact form doesn't commit either of us to anything. If we work together, the written proposal or agreement we both accept sets the scope, price, payment, ownership of the work and confidentiality, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Using the contact form
Send real enquiries only: no spam, no automated sending, no attempts to get round the spam check or the rate limit, and nothing unlawful or harmful. Don't send confidential information through the form; we can sign a confidentiality agreement first if you need one.
Case studies and content
Case studies describe past work as fairly as we can; the companies named own their products and trademarks, and naming them doesn't mean they endorse us. The text, designs and images on this site belong to Kadal unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to and quote it with credit, but please ask before copying it for anything else.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on it or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
